Responsibilities:
Delve into the world of delinquent accounts, including secured loans, unsecured loans, and credit cards, making a substantial 500 calls weekly.
Act as the detective for first payment defaults on unsecured loans, addressing payment issues promptly and effectively.
Collaborate on collecting secured debt and provide support in the intricate process of collateral repossession.
Maintain a positive work environment, embody a team-player mindset, and extend compassion and respect to every member.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:
Call Center or Teller Experience: Candidates with previous experience in call centers or as tellers are preferred.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Collections Experience (1+ years)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Must have Weekend Availability
