PAYROLL MANAGER North Austin, TX - Domain Area Compensation up to $130k Bonus Our client is in rapid-growth mode and is currently operating in all 50 states, and completed 10 acquisitions last year. This is an amazing opportunity to move rapidly within the company and we just love the hiring team! What will the Payroll Manager do? Managing the production and timely delivery of biweekly payrolls as well as off-cycle payrolls as needed Leading management of day-to-day activities for assigned payroll team members Ensuring payroll system correctly processes salaries, reported hours worked, utilized paid leave and accruals Ensuring the timely completion of all payroll tax reporting requirements and the issuance of W-2s Ensuring proper tax treatment, accounting, and disposition of withholdings, such as taxes, deductions for benefits, charitable contributions, and retirement contributions Financial reporting and payroll audit requests and reporting What we are looking for in a Payroll Manager: Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting or related field Five years of payroll management experience, including people management, with a strong background in ADP Systems Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) Multi-State payroll experience; Multi-Payroll experience INJUN2025 LI-AB2 LI-AB2 Payroll PayrollAnalyst Analysis multistatepayroll adp INAPR2025
