Job Description Job Description Description: Job Title: Healthcare Accounts Receivable Specialist We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be able to manage the accounts receivable process efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities: - Manage the accounts receivable process from start to finish - Generate and send out statements to patients - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Communicate with patients to resolve any billing issues or disputes - Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable - Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks as needed Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Pain Management experience a plus - 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - eCW billing strongly preferred - Bilingual a PLUS If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accounting and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
