an annual salary of $50,000 to $55,000. About the Job The Rapoport
Center Program Manager is a full-time, exempt role and a key member
of the Rapoport Center team. This position coordinates programs,
events, and administrative operations across arts and culture,
engagement, Israel and Jewish Peoplehood, and education, both on
and off the Dell Jewish Community Campus. The Program Manager also
provides coordination and administrative support to the EVP/Chief
Impact & Strategy Officer to help manage priorities and advance
strategic initiatives. This role ensures smooth program logistics,
communications, and data management while building strong
relationships with partners, vendors, and participants. The ideal
candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at
managing multiple priorities with professionalism, collaboration,
and a strong customer service mindset. You’ll wow us by masterfully
performing the following key duties and responsibilities: Essential
functions : Event and Program Management Support the planning and
implementation of programs and events, including scheduling,
communications, vendor coordination, and logistics. Manage
communications before and after events. Provide excellent customer
service to participants, guests, and partners. Maintain records,
budgets, contracts, and post-event reports. Execute or assist with
event setup and implementation. Purchase and prepare supplies and
food for programs and events. Help connect community members to
relevant areas of interest and to one another. Administrative Enter
participant data into appropriate systems regularly. Track program
metrics and compile reports for evaluation and improvement. Manage
calendars, email correspondence, reports, and file systems. Assist
with budgeting and expense tracking. Help coordinate the
programmatic calendar. Answer and direct phone calls professionally
and handle inquiries when appropriate. Executive Coordination
Support Manage calendar scheduling, meeting logistics, and
coordination of internal and external appointments for Executive
Vice President/Chief Impact & Strategy Officer. Support preparation
and organization of meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up
items. Assist with tracking action items, timelines, and next steps
related to strategic initiatives. Coordinate logistics for
leadership meetings, community engagements, and partner
interactions. Other Duties Assist with general departmental needs
and special projects as assigned. Contribute to a collaborative,

education and experience: Associate degree or equivalent. Minimum
of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in administrative
support and general office operations. Proficiency in Office 365.
An ability and willingness to learn and become proficient in
reporting, budgeting, and other organizational platforms. Strong
organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to
manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Strong
interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with
staff, vendors, and volunteers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Suite; familiarity with event registration or project management
software preferred. Ability to work in office along with evenings
and weekends. Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's degree
or equivalent.
