** This position is based in Austin and is a M-F in-office position **

Responsibilities:
--- Design and launch dynamic Social Media campaigns at a company and in our local markets.
--- Become the expert on our CRM tool and coach Loan Officers to implement CRM campaigns.
--- Create flyers and educational seminars using graphic design and video editing skills that our Loan Officers can use.
--- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
--- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
--- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, including ROI and key performance metrics.
--- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Qualifications:
--- 5+ years of Social Media Marketing experience with advanced expertise with how to design, launch, and optimize campaigns through analytics
--- 3+ years with graphic and video editing design experience. Ability to create flyers and edit videos
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
--- US work authorization
