Job Description:
Lane Enterprises, a leader in metal and plastic drainage
products and service solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor
to oversee our facilities and maintenance operations. This position
is pivotal in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run
smoothly and sustainably. As a Maintenance Supervisor at Lane
Enterprises, you will lead a team dedicated to the upkeep and
improvement of our extensive manufacturing infrastructure. The
ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a deep
understanding of maintenance in a heavy industrial environment.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff
including scheduling, training, and assignment of work. Develop
maintenance procedures and ensure implementation to maintain a
reliable and safe manufacturing environment. Carry out inspections
of facilities to identify and resolve issues; ensure adherence to
quality standards and health and safety regulations. Prepare
maintenance reports and maintain records of maintenance activities
and equipment performance. Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring
cost-effectiveness and resource allocation. Collaborate with the
manufacturing team to coordinate maintenance and repair works
without disrupting production schedules. Lead and develop
continuous improvement projects focusing on system and process
upgrades. Proven experience in maintenance supervision and
facilities management. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and
electrical systems, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
Excellent leadership and personnel management skills. Ability to
develop and manage budgets effectively. Strong organizational and
problem-solving skills. Proficient in maintenance management
systems and Microsoft Office. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Management (CMM) or equivalent. OSHA Safety Certification or
similar relevant safety training.
