Are you an experienced construction professional with a keen eye for detail and strong estimating skills? Join a dynamic team as an Estimator and play a vital role in assessing and planning construction projects for multi-family properties. Your Role & Responsibilities Evaluate construction deficiencies in multi-family properties and determine necessary improvements for code compliance. Develop detailed scopes of work and cost estimates for property repairs. Work closely with supervisors to ensure accurate estimates and bid packages. Conduct site inspections with clients, sales representatives, and insurance adjusters. Prepare repair estimates using Xactimate in a timely and efficient manner. Communicate effectively with insurance adjusters and negotiate settlements. Provide construction expertise during contract negotiations. Assist operations and office staff with proper documentation throughout the bidding process. Offer insights on material and labor cost estimating. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address construction issues and propose solutions. What You Need to Succeed Construction experience required (multi-family experience required). High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as assigned. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret multi-family construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ; experience with NAV, ProCore, or Sage is a plus. Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of integrity. ?????? Why Join?
