If you are interested in this Prior Authorization LVN (Remote) position, please contact Austin Faris at 586-710-7941 or afaris@alinestaff afaris@alinestaffing.com Prior Authorization LVN (Remote) Compensation The pay for this position is $26.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Prior Authorization LVN (Remote) Highlights This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Required availability: Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, including one weekend day per week; training will follow a Monday–Friday daytime schedule Prior Authorization LVN (Remote) Responsibilities Process and communicate specialty medication prior authorization (PA) requests Answer inbound calls and make follow-up calls to prescriber office staff, pharmacies, and members Load and maintain accurate documentation of authorizations Review clinical criteria for prior authorizations Refer cases not meeting clinical criteria to pharmacist or MD team Provide internal nurse support and after-hours urgent coverage Maintain urgency and professionalism in all communications Prior Authorization LVN (Remote) Requirements Active, unrestricted LVN or LPN license in Texas 2 years of clinical LPN/LVN experience 1 year of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams High School Diploma or GED Private, distraction-free HIPAA-compliant work area with personal internet speeds of at least 25mbps download / 3mbps upload Must submit a screenshot of internet speed test with resume Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days Prior Authorization LVN (Remote) Preferred Qualifications Experience working prior authorizations, especially in Novologix Previous remote work experience Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments and shift priorities quickly Experience mentoring or training team members If you think this Prior Authorization LVN (Remote) position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me – feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
