10 consecutive days of call covering 2 weekends Average 4 patients
per shift with 4 phone consults and 4 admissions per 24 hours
Required procedures include appendectomy, cholecystectomy,
hernioplasty, and GI endoscopy Adult and pediatric surgery coverage
required Call coverage for unassigned patients Upper and lower
endoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, and colonoscopy required We negotiate
better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing
and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the
credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for
