Project Manager to support the successful execution of K-12
construction projects. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented
professional who thrives on collaboration and wants to make a
meaningful impact on learning environments. About the Role: As an
Assistant Project Manager, you'll work closely with architectural
project managers, contractors, and educational stakeholders to
ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in
compliance with safety and quality standards. Your efforts will
directly contribute to creating safe, sustainable and inspiring
spaces for students and educators. Key Responsibilities: Assist in
the planning and managing K-12 construction projects from inception
to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and
contractors to meet project specifications. Monitor timelines,
budgets and report on status to senior management. Facilitate
communication among school administrators, community members, and
regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and
quality standards throughout the construction process.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in architecture, Construction
Management or related field. 5-8 years of experience in project
management or construction within the commercial/education sector.
Pursuit of architectural licensure preferred. Strong organizational
and communication skills. Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD,
and project management software. Knowledge of local building codes.
