Your Role & Impact:
As the -Director of Clinical Education, you will play a vital role
in creating a -premier healthcare environment -by:
--- Designing, implementing, and evaluating -staff education
programs, including -general orientation and skills training.
--- Identifying -training needs -and ensuring compliance by serving
on the -QAPI Committee.
--- Supporting -continuous quality improvement -and elevating
clinical performance.
--- Mentoring and developing nursing staff to uphold the highest
standards of -patient-centered care.
What You Bring:
Current and valid Texas RN license.
Previous nurse education and leadership experience -in -skilled
nursing (preferred).
A commitment to -ongoing learning, professional development, and
clinical excellence.
