Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate New Graduate
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. This
entry-level position is designed for recent graduates who are
looking to begin their nursing careers in a supportive and
educational environment. You will provide basic medical care under
the supervision of registered nurses and doctors, helping to ensure
the well-being and recovery of our patients. Administer prescribed
medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing
techniques. Observe patients and record significant conditions and
reactions to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents. Assist
in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each
assigned patient. Under supervision, execute appropriate preventive
and rehabilitative nursing procedures. Prepare equipment and aid
physician during examination and treatment of patient. Maintain
awareness of comfort and safety needs of patients. Attend
educational workshops to enhance nursing knowledge and skills.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other
healthcare professionals. Strong interpersonal skills to
effectively communicate with patients and staff Ability to follow
detailed instructions Proficiency in administering injections and
medications Basic understanding of patient care and privacy
