Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding
opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support elementary
students in an engaging school environment located in Pflugerville,
TX. This contract position runs through the current school year
with a commitment from the start date ASAP until May 27, 2026.
Ideal candidates will hold an active Texas SLP or SLPA license and
be bilingual in Spanish, as this is essential to effectively
communicate and serve the diverse student population. The caseload
consists of approximately 75 elementary-aged students, offering an
enriching chance to make a significant impact on young learners'
communication development. The position requires on-site presence
for at least three days per week, with the possibility of virtual
work varying based on up-to-date testing and service requirements.
The district will provide the necessary computer and testing
materials to support daily responsibilities. Key qualifications and
experience: Active Texas SLP license or SLPA license Bilingual
proficiency in Spanish required Experience with pediatric and
school-based speech-language therapy services preferred Ability to
manage a caseload of approximately 75 elementary students
Willingness to adhere to a hybrid work schedule, with at least
three days on-site weekly Responsibilities include: Conducting
speech and language assessments and providing direct therapy
services Maintaining detailed and timely documentation consistent
with district guidelines Collaborating with educators, families,
and support staff to optimize student outcomes Utilizing
district-supplied testing tools and digital resources effectively
