Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
located in Gonzales, LA is seeking a qualified School Psychologist
to provide professional psychological services under a contract for
the current school year. This role supports students, teachers, and
families by assessing, counseling, and collaborating within the
school setting to promote academic, emotional, and social success.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological evaluations and
assessments for K-12 students Develop and implement individualized
intervention plans Collaborate with educators, parents, and support
staff to address student needs Participate in IEP meetings and
contribute to educational planning Provide counseling and crisis
intervention as needed Maintain accurate records and comply with
regulatory requirements Qualifications: Valid Educator
Certification as a School Psychologist Experience working within
K-12 educational settings preferred Strong assessment and
diagnostic skills Ability to work collaboratively across
multidisciplinary teams Effective communication skills with
students, families, and school personnel Willingness to work
on-site with the option for one hybrid workday per week Additional
Details: Location: Gonzales, LA Job Type: Contract for the current
school year (CSY) Start Date: Immediate availability preferred Work
Arrangement: On-site with hybrid flexibility (1 day remote)
