Job Description Job Description Soccer Stars of South Austin is growing, and we’re looking for energetic, positive, kid?focused coaches to join our team. If you love soccer, enjoy working with children, and want a job that’s active, meaningful, and fun, this is the perfect opportunity. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you’ll lead engaging sessions for children ages 2–10, helping them build foundational soccer skills, confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement. We provide a proven curriculum, ongoing training, and a supportive coaching community — you bring the enthusiasm and heart. Hourly pay starting between $18-$25/hour Hours: 9:00am - 11:30am, 2:00pm - 4:30pm M-F Requirements What You’ll Do Lead high?energy soccer sessions that follow our curriculum and coaching philosophy Teach age?appropriate skills to small groups of children ages 2–10 Create a positive, encouraging, and safe environment where every child feels successful Manage groups of up to 15 players with confidence and clarity Communicate with parents and program staff in a friendly, professional manner Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities Ensure all safety guidelines and program standards are followed What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for working with kids Energetic, active, and enthusiastic personality Excellent communication and people skills Patience, adaptability, and a positive coaching style Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, morning and afternoons Degree in education, kinesiology, or a related field is a plus, but not required Benefits Why You’ll Love Coaching With Us Flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle Competitive pay with opportunities to increase earnings Clear pathways to grow into expanded or full?time roles Paid training and ongoing professional development Coach referral bonuses ($100–$200 per coach!)
