Systems Engineering Integrated Systems Department is seeking a
Principal Systems Engineer with Radio Frequency (RF) and Internet
Protocol (IP) network experience, as well as the leadership skills
required to drive the design and development of world-class air and
missile defense communication systems. In this role, the Principal
Systems Engineer will be directly responsible for leading a large,
multidisciplinary team in the design, implementation, and
maintenance of RF systems and network infrastructures within the
Patriot system. The position requires providing technical and
execution oversight, managing multiple programs across the Patriot
portfolio, and leading cross-functional teams. If you enjoy project

this is the opportunity for you. What You Will Do Manage a cross
functional team including engineering, supply chain, production,
leadership, etc. Support all phases of programs from inception
through completion, helping lead multi-disciplinary engineer teams
through the lifecycle of the program. Coordinate with program
leadership, finance, and planning to execute Earned Value
Management (EVM). Oversee design and optimize Patriot
Communications Networks, including link availability studies and
capacity planning. Work with Cyber Security counterparts to ensure
network security and performance optimization. Provide ongoing
support to various Patriot Communication Systems around the world.
Assist the team with developing and mentoring new team members.
Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in
Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience. Radio Frequency
(RF) and/or Internet Protocol (IP) network experience.
Qualifications We Prefer Experience in Patriot Program (or similar
program) system design, development, integration/verification,
production, and sustainment. Certification in networking (e.g.
CCNA, CCNP). Earned Value Management Certified. Experience with RF
signal analysis and/or various VHF/UHF radios. Experience
collaborating with internal and external customers. Experience
writing reports and presenting information to internal and external

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
employees, as they are essential to the development of our

role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
