Type: Full-Time | Pay: $18.00–$23.00/hour, depending on experience

impact. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Field Service Technician, you'll
be out in the field ensuring equipment is safe, fueled, and
functioning. Picture this—each day you: Diagnose and repair company
equipment and machinery onsite. Fuel and lubricate equipment at
required intervals (typically every 8 hours). Perform technical
inspections and preventive maintenance tasks. Complete and document
repairs using internal systems for time tracking and parts
management. Coordinate with other maintenance personnel and
departments to ensure efficiency. Maintain service trucks—keep them
clean, stocked, and ready for action. Follow safety protocols, wear
PPE, and report or correct any unsafe conditions immediately. What
You Bring: At least 2 years of industrial/heavy equipment
maintenance experience, OR A technical degree and 1 year of
experience, OR Relevant military service in a related field.
Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
Proficiency with computer-based repair diagnostics. Ownership of
tools or willingness to purchase them. Preferred Qualifications:
ASE Certifications in Diesel Automotive Training certificates from
John Deere, Caterpillar, Case Mine Safety & Health Administration
(MSHA) certification Texas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
Required Licenses & Driving Requirements: Valid Texas Class C
Driver’s License Clean driving record with 5 years of documented
history (MVR required) Compensation:Field Service Technician II:
