Job Description:

The Clinical Research Manager oversees administration of department-based clinical research to include conducting research, management of day-to-day operations, design and implementation of SOPs, scheduling, interfacing with multi-users, and maintenance of supplies and equipment. The Clinical Research Manager also helps to establish orientation, education and mentoring of new Research personnel, develops and monitors operating and capital budgets related to clinical research projects, and helps to ensure departmental compliance with Institutional, State and Federal regulations and standards related to clinical research. The ideal candidate for the Clinical Research Manager role will have a Bachelor's Degree, 4+ years of research experience including experience managing other staff members, an RN license and a CCRC certification.
