Job Description:
Manage geographically disperse Field Support Team to include
work assignments, travel, performance reviews, training,
professional development, and coaching. Ensures continuous
operation of the company s distributed business information
services and processes which includes workstations, selection and
delivery devices, and other networked devices for general business
operations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Ensures excellent customer service levels with problem and
change management.
- Owns full project lifecycle of camera, access control, and/or
UPS implementation and maintenance.
- Evaluates new technologies and determine how they can be
developed to meet business and IT objectives.
- Develops project plans and organizes project teams; lead
projects to completion.
- Maintains and improve company s infrastructure with best
practices.
- Leads and implements documentation of configuration,
maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Recruits, terminates and hires teammates for staffing
requirements.
- Identifies and implements process improvements; reporting on
ROI to leadership
- Coordinates and evaluates performance reviews while developing
and setting teammate goals or objectives.
- Takes corrective action when required with teammate
productivity while measuring the results and status updates of all
teammates managed. MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Information Services or related
field or related experience and/or -
- Have 8 years of broad-based experience in specific and related
disciplines of the business, including progressive years experience
in formal leadership roles.
- Proficiency supporting IT hardware and applications WORKING
