Director of Product Management will be responsible for the
strategic direction, development, and management of our data center
SSD product portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of
the SSD market, customer needs, and technological trends. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in product management,
strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional
teams towards achieving business goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the product strategy
for data center SSDs to align with company objectives and market
requirements.
- Product Development:Lead the product lifecycle from concept to
launch, including market research, product design, development, and
go-to-market strategies.
- Market Analysis:Conduct thorough market analysis to identify
trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to
inform product decisions and strategy.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers and partners to
understand their needs and ensure our products meet and exceed
expectations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:Collaborate with engineering,
sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure successful
product development and launch.
- Performance Monitoring:Monitor product performance, gather
feedback, and implement improvements to enhance product quality and
customer satisfaction.
- Budget Management:Manage the product budget, ensuring efficient
allocation of resources to improve return on investment.
- Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of product managers,
encouraging a culture of innovation, collaboration, and
excellence.Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,
Business, or equivalent.
- Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in product
management, with at least 5 years in the data storage or SSD
industry.
- Skills:Strong analytical, critical thinking, and
problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge:Deep understanding of SSD technology, data center
infrastructure, and market trends.
- Leadership:Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track
record of driving product success and team development.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA or equivalent.
- Experience: Direct experience with technology strategy and data
center SSDs.The US base salary range that Micron Technology
estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:$163,000.00 -
$306,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the
minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position
across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is
determined by work location and additional job-related factors,
including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant
education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending
on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific

Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses
