Overview

Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) is looking for an RN, Master's degree required, clinical education experience is a plus. As a PRN Nurse Professional Development (NPD) Specialist in Med Surg you will be responsible for: developing all meet & greets, orientation and onboarding for all new hires; auditing the staff to ensure that they are completing all training; developing all educational sessions; as well as creation and development of policy and procedures.

Schedule: PRN - Days, number of hours will vary.

QUALIFICATIONS

* EDUCATION - Masters'
* EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience
* CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION -
* Registered Nurse (RN)
* Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
