Registered Nurse - Clinical Nurse Leader Acute Care/Telemetry (4K) - Recruitment Incentive - Temple, Texas
Duties

• Collaborates with clinical, administrative and other CTVHCS health care leaders to identify and resolve problems related to unit/service processes.
  
• Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both within and outside the organization that reflect the CTVHCS goals.
  
• Initiates and participates on interdisciplinary projects, committees, teams, etc., with the aim of improving outcomes in the management of complex client care or the systems and processes of the unit/organization/service.
  
• Demonstrates that leadership in clinical activities, education, quality improvement, and /or resource utilization.
  
• Provides education to patients, families, significant others, and other direct care providers; and participates in the quality improvement process.
  
• Responsible for practicing in accordance with and adhering to regulations such as the Nurse Practice Act, VHA policies and procedures, and the standards of outside accrediting bodies.
