seeking a full time Registered Nurse to join our amazing Level One
Medical ICU Department. Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a
636-bed specialty care teaching hospital, Magnet Designated, and
the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.

patient care provided by the healthcare team using a professional
practice model. Your responsibilities include patient assessment,
recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing
patient responses. What You'll DoYou, as an RN, will conduct
detailed clinical assessments, prioritize patient and family needs,
create, implement, and evaluate care plans. Adjust plans to reach
desired outcomes.Building relationships, managing discomfort,

of study should be nursing.A current and valid nursing license.Must
have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this
role.1 Year of recent ICU RN experience requiredDescription for Job
the delivery of nursing care for critically ill, post-operative,
ventilator, post cardiac arrest, post heart cath, hemodynamic
stabilization and other critically ill patients in the units.
