As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and report patient status to the healthcare team, including vital signs, medication administration, and any changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
