Heres what sets us apart:Established Patient BaseStep into a practice with a loyal and diverse patient population that ensures youll stay busy and productive.High Earning PotentialWith 12 operatories and a steady stream of patients, our practice is designed to support dentists in achieving significant production and financial success.Advanced Tools and SupportWork in a fully digital, cutting-edge facility that eliminates administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on patient care.Growth and DevelopmentAccess complimentary CE courses and continuous training to stay at the forefront of dentistry.This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced dentist ready to make an immediate impact and enjoy professional and financial growth.Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Friday and 1 Saturday per month Responsibilities:Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.Lead your team, dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, attend seminars, and pursue ongoing education to provide the latest and best treatments.Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.Qualifications:Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.Active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 per year and up to $50,000 sign-on bonus About:Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include time off options, health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
