  We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with backgrounds in skilled nursing or long-term care . Ideal candidates will be attentive, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality care to a unique and rewarding population. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct medical care and attend to resident health needs
  • Prepare for and assist with physician visits
  • Implement and document physician's orders accurately
  • Schedule labs, follow up on results, and manage medications
  • Maintain up-to-date medical records and medication charts
  • Perform monthly health and hygiene checks
  • Communicate with resident families and designated representatives regarding health status Requirements:
    • Valid RN license in the state of Texas
    • 1+ year experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or related field
    • Strong communication and organizational skills

      Travelers will also accepted at a Gross Weekly Rate of $2,025
      Hourly Taxable $20
      Weekly Lodging $770
      Weekly Meals $455
