nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a local contract nursing job

- Duration: 52 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Local Contract Title: RN ICU Location Round
Rock, TX Shift: Night, Weekends Nights Status: Full Time, 3 x 12’s
- Weekends only with increase differentials (Saturday and Sunday
with alternating weekday) Shift/Schedule: Night Shift, 6:45pm –
7:15am Essential Functions of the Role Using good judgment and
clinical reasoning, conduct thorough assessments following practice
standards. Identify patient and family needs, then develop,
implement, and evaluate nursing care plans accordingly. Make
adjustments as needed. Creating safe, therapeutic environments for
patients, families, and staff. Managing emotional and physical pain
to promote recovery and prevent unnecessary suffering. Key Success
Factors Comprehensive knowledge of standards and procedures in
nursing and patient care. Effective communication skills to
articulate thoughts clearly and interact with diverse groups of
people. Proficient problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
skills to provide quality patient care. Flexibility and excellent
communication for sharing changes in patient health conditions

Qualifications Grad of an Accredited Program Specialized field of
study should be nursing. RN license. Must have BLS certification or
