considered for the role.Previous cardiac experience. Preferred or
nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered
first. Device Compitencies/ Experience in this order: ECMO,
RVAD/LVAD, Impella, IABP, CRRT/DialysisOpen Heart recovery
experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): CABG/Valve
open hearts, ECMO cannulation, IABP, Impella management, Dialysis.
13-15 open hearts average per week. Normally 2-3 devices on floor
at any one time. Best personality be able to be comfortable problem
solving on own, unit is very helpful but being able to manage self
is a huge benefit as the unit is so busy it is not uncommon to have
to wait for resource RN to be available to help you, high number of
newer nurses ( 2yrs experience)Ability to receive feedback without
getting defensive and provide staff to staff accountability to
ensure the highest level of care is maintained.Dress Code: Include
requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.Scrub Color -
