Job Summary and Qualifications Program Position Requirements: Currently enrolled and in good standing in an accredited school of nursing o Registered Nurse degree o LVN degree Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Position Summary: Minimum requirement of two 12-hour shifts per month Flexible scheduling with classes and clinicals Build confidence in your nursing skills Improve overall knowledge base in a hospital setting Network with hospital and nursing leaders prior to graduation Interview and secure RN residency positions early St. David’s HealthCare , which is one of the largest healthcare systems in Texas and the third-largest employer in the Austin area.
