Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In Home Health Care
Registered Nurse (RN) to provide dedicated nursing care to patients
in their own homes. This position requires a caregiver who is
proficient in delivering personalized patient care according to the
specific orders of a physician and set treatment plans. As an In
Home Health Care RN, you will help maximize the comfort of patients
and maintain their independence, while ensuring their safety and
monitoring their overall health. Administer medications, monitor
vital signs, and provide vital nursing care to patients at home.
Educate patients and families on the management of their illness or
injury, including post-treatment home care needs, diet, and
exercise programs. Assist with daily activities like bathing,
dressing, and hygiene that patients cannot do themselves.
Coordinate with physicians, physical therapists, and other medical
professionals in developing and evaluating treatment plans. Keep
detailed records of patient health and progress to be reported back
to the supervising physician. Operate medical equipment and monitor
its effectiveness in therapy. Identify changes in patients' health
and adjust care plans as needed. Provide emotional support and
counseling to patients and their families. Proficiency in
administering medication and providing wound care. Strong
observational skills to detect changes in a patient's condition.
Ability to use medical equipment like blood pressure devices and
ventilators. Excellent communication skills for explaining complex
issues in an understandable way. Capability to handle physical
demands of lifting patients and performing various physical tasks
