Inpatient: 4:1, ICU: 2:1 or 1:1 Some Dialysis experience preferred

Registered Nurse, work as a licensed professional using the nursing
practice model to oversee patient care. Responsibilities include
assessing patients, identifying nursing diagnoses, and developing
personalized care plans. Regularly assess patient responses.
Contributions help patients navigate healthcare safely by
understanding their needs and the system. This prevents
complications and delays. Delegate tasks based on Texas nursing
laws, patient conditions, and staff skills. Essential Functions of
the Role As a Procedural Registered Nurse, use careful clinical
