Job Description:
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist at {EMPLOYER-DESC}, you will
be dedicated to providing specialized, therapeutic care to infants,
children, and adolescents. Our team focuses on helping young
patients develop, recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed
for daily living and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will
have a compassionate approach and a deep understanding of physical
therapy geared towards pediatric patients. Evaluating child patient
conditions and developing appropriate physical intervention plans.
Collaborating with pediatricians, pediatric neurologists, and other
healthcare professionals to tailor interventions to individual
needs. Implementing therapy programs that focus on alleviating
pain, improving motor functions, and managing disabilities.
Educating family members on patient care and therapy procedures to
ensure the continuity of care at home. Documenting patient progress
and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Maintaining patient
confidentiality and records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Staying current with advancements in pediatric physical therapy and
integrating new techniques into therapeutic practices. Strong
understanding of pediatric musculoskeletal disorders and
conditions. Proficiency in designing therapy and rehabilitation
programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with
specific experience in explaining complex concepts to varied
audiences. Ability to handle emotionally charged situations with
professionalism and care. Dexterity and physical condition to
