Job Description:
H2 Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric
Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team of
rehabilitation professionals. We are committed to delivering
personalized and comprehensive healthcare solutions to our clients.
In this role, the therapist will provide crucial speech therapy
services to pediatric patients who face difficulties with
communication and swallowing disorders as a result of various
conditions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
the unique needs of children and be passionate about enhancing
their quality of life and communication abilities. Assess and treat
infants, children, and adolescents with congenital, developmental,
and acquired communication and swallowing disorders. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s
specific needs. Collaborate with family members and other
healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient
care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans
accordingly. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to
coordinate care and exchange information with other health
professionals. Provide education and support to families regarding
communication disorders and coping strategies. Maintain patient
confidentiality and adhere to professional standards, policies, and
procedures. Expert knowledge in pediatric speech and language
development and disorders. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills to effectively interact with children and their families.
Ability to assess and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency
disorders. Proficiency in using various diagnostic tools and
evidence-based therapy techniques. Capability to work
collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Medical

of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from
the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
