Job Description:
H2 Health is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech Language
Pathologist to join our dynamic team. Our comprehensive
rehabilitation services are tailored to meet the needs of a diverse
clientele, and we strive to restore and enhance their quality of
health through innovative and effective therapy solutions. As a
specialist in pediatric care, you will have the opportunity to make
a significant impact on the lives of children, aiding in their
communication and swallowing disorders and paving the way for
improved daily interaction and quality of life. Evaluate and
diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
in children. Develop and provide tailored treatment plans based on
each child’s needs. Educate family members and caregivers on
treatment strategies and home exercises. Maintain accurate records
and documentation of patient status and progress. Collaborate with
medical, educational, and psychological professionals to assess
patient needs and treatment planning. Regularly assess and adapt
treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes. Lead and
participate in multidisciplinary teams and meetings to discuss care
plans and progress. Expert knowledge of speech-language disorders
and appropriate therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with children and
their families. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in the use of diagnostic tools and therapeutic
equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology
(CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
(ASHA).
