Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a dedicated Clinical Dietitian to join our
healthcare team at a leading hospital. The successful candidate
will leverage their expertise in nutrition and dietetics to improve
patient outcomes and promote wellness through personalized diet
plans and nutritional guidance. This role requires an individual
who is passionate about health and wellness, with a commitment to
delivering exceptional care in a multidisciplinary team. Assess
patient health needs and diet restrictions to develop personalized
nutrition plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
coordinate patient care. Educate patients and their families on
healthy eating habits and nutritional management of diseases.
Monitor and evaluate progress of patients' nutritional status and
adapt plans as needed. Participate in research and case studies to
further the effectiveness of nutritional care. Ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations and dietary guidelines. Keep up-to-date
documentation of patient care and dietary recommendations. Strong
understanding of medical nutrition therapy Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in dietary planning software and patient management
systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the
Commission on Dietetic Registration Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist
(LDN) in the state of employment, if applicable
