Responsibilities Ascension Seton is seeking an exceptional BE/BC Pediatric Otorhinolaryngologist to join Dell Children’s Medical Group , the clinical partner of Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin , in Austin, Texas . This physician will specialize in diagnosing and treating infants, children, and adolescents with a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions while contributing to advanced pediatric subspecialty care, education, and program development. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest or expertise in pediatric hearing loss and cochlear implantation , with opportunities to participate in or lead the Pediatric Cochlear Implant Clinic and multidisciplinary hearing programs. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to children and families while helping children hear—and enjoy—the great sounds of Austin. Provide appropriate documentation that meets insurance company requirements; appeal all denials in a timely manner. Participate in inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty, which may include on call schedules.
