Job Title: RN - CVOR Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiovascular Surgery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:30 - 17:00 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Registered Nurse License Certifications: CVOR Experience Must-Have: Candidates must have cardiovascular operating room experience. Description: This is a contract position for a registered nurse in the cardiovascular operating room. The shift will be from 06:30 to 17:00. The role requires being on call one week night per week and one weekend every six weeks. There will be four ten-hour shifts each week. Patient ratios are 1:1. The unit is equipped with various surgical instruments, bovie cautery, and video towers. Typical procedures performed include CABG, aortic and mitral valve repair/replacement, and endovascular surgeries. Candidates should be mature, flexible with their schedules, and teamwork-oriented. Punctuality and good attendance are essential attributes. Scrubs are provided for the role.
