Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Austin, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,942 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Current nursing license Certifications: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Must-Have: Candidates must possess the following skills: - EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP - SVE competency - C-Section circulation - A minimum of 2 years nursing experience in Labor and Delivery Description: This position is for a contract RN specializing in Labor and Delivery. The shift is from 07:00 to 19:00. The role requires no call obligation. The unit comprises 32 beds and employs 150 staff members. Patient ratios are maintained at 1:1 or 1:2. The unit is equipped with advanced technology, including Novii, JADA, and fetal monitoring equipment. Nurses are expected to perform various procedures, including SVD, cerclages, C-Sections, and TOLAC. A positive attitude and strong team player mentality are essential. The dress code requires navy blue scrubs with solid blue, black, or grey sweatshirts only. The unit adheres to strict attendance policies.
