Aveanna Healthcare, a leader in home healthcare and pediatric therapy, is currently seeking a compassionate and professional RN Clinical Supervisor to oversee our dedicated nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day nursing operations, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. This position requires a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes in the comfort of their homes while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. Oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations. Supervise nursing staff and provide continuous education and training. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans. Monitor patient care and ensure treatment plans are followed. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve quality of care. Handle administrative duties such as staff scheduling and patient documentation. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices Ability to handle high stress situations with professionalism Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
