Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Austin, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,794 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN - Case Management Profession: RN Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute hospital case management experience License: Valid nursing license Certifications: CPR certification preferred Must-Have: Candidates must possess acute hospital case management experience of 2 years. Description: This is a contract position for an RN specializing in case management. The work schedule is from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. No call requirements are anticipated, although weekend work may be necessary. The unit consists of 34 beds with a staffing ratio of 1 RN and 1 social worker for case management. The role involves discharge planning, chart review, and patient screening. Candidates should demonstrate care coordination and barrier mitigation skills. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, organized, and able to multi-task. Effective and efficient communication is essential for this role.
