ICU/Critical Care RN in Round Rock, Texas, 78681! Job Title: RN -

Description: This is a backfill contract position for a Registered
Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit. The position requires
availability for night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. No on-call is
required for this role. The unit consists of 22 beds and has a
staffing level of approximately 60 personnel. The nursing staff
ratio is typically 1:2, with a possible 1:1 ratio depending on
patient acuity. Common equipment used in the unit includes IABP,
Impella, Ventilator, Arterial Line, Swan-Ganz catheters, and rapid
infusers. Typical procedures performed include rapid sequence
intubation, CABG, valve replacements, EVD insertions, and
cardioversion. Ideal candidates will possess trauma credentials and
experience in post-operative cardiac surgery. We are looking for
driven individuals who are willing to learn and adapt. Candidates
should be team players and advocates for patient safety. The dress
code requires navy scrubs. This unit has received recognition for
