under the supervision of an occupational therapist. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans for patients. Engage in
continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge in therapy.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training
opportunities. Set and achieve personal performance goals aligned
with company targets. Educate patients and families on treatment
goals and techniques. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
enhance patient care. Adhere to ethical and professional standards
in all interactions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
patient care activities. Utilize data and metrics to assess
treatment effectiveness and outcomes. Foster a positive and
motivating environment for patients and team members.
Experience/Qualifications Current certification as a Certified
Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Experience in developing and
implementing treatment plans for diverse patient needs. Strong
commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary
healthcare team. Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient
documentation and records. Strong interpersonal skills to educate
patients and families on therapy techniques. Ability to monitor and
assess patient progress using data-driven metrics. Adherence to
ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions. A
proactive approach to setting and achieving personal performance
