Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled OB Hospitalist physician to fill a locum position starting December 31, 2025. In this role, you will provide essential obstetric inpatient care, ensuring the safety and well-being of expectant mothers and their babies. Required Skills: Active and unrestricted Medical License to practice in Texas Board-certified or Board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) Proven experience in OB hospitalist or inpatient obstetric care Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in emergency obstetric interventions and neonatal resuscitation Nice to Have Skills: Experience with high-risk obstetric cases Previous work in a hospitalist or inpatient setting Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, considered a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Completion of OB-GYN residency program Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience preferred Other Requirements: Availability to start on December 31, 2025 Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed Compliance with all licensure, certification, and hospital credentialing requirements Reimbursements for travel, licensure, certifications, and related expenses when applicable This is a remarkable opportunity to advance your career while enjoying the benefits of flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay of $195.00.
