preventive, holistic care. Compensation: $26 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities: You Will: Confidently manage patient calls,
texts, and emails Control and optimize the schedule to maximize
efficiency and patient care Present treatment plans and educate
patients with clarity and confidence Verify insurance benefits,
submit claims, attachments, and appeals Track KPIs and understand
how your work impacts practice performance Collect payments, manage
follow-ups, and ensure patients move forward with care
Qualifications: You’ll Thrive Here If You Have: Proven dental front
office or treatment coordinator experience Strong knowledge of
dental procedures, insurance, and case presentation Confidence in
discussing treatment and finances with patients Close attention to
detail and strong follow-through A results-driven mindset — you
care about patient return and case acceptance The ability to stay
calm, organized, and sharp in a fast-paced environment A team-first
