Job Description ENT opening near Austin - Located in Harker Heights, TX - Austin 70m - Full-time, permanent position - Seeking BE/BC Position Overview: - Join a team of 1 physician, 2 NPs, and 2 Audiologists - Onsite Audiology and testing available along with experienced support staff - First Assist surgical support - Flexible scheduling model: days outpatient vs. days OR (provider preference) - Ample surgical block schedule available - Outpatient clinic conveniently located adjacent to advanced, award-winning Medical Center - Well-stocked, modern OR with ample block time (4K endoscopes, stealth navigation, NIM vital) - Office schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. - 4 Administrative hours/week - General ENT only or ability to specialize in Ears, Laryngology, or Head & Neck Surgery if of interest - Call: 10 days per month - Average 18–30 patients/day (varies depending on outpatient, OR, or mix of OR/Outpatient) - Epic EMR Comp/Benefits: - Base salary wRVU production incentive - CME allowance - Sign-on bonus - Medical debt assistance Consultative services by Navigate Student Loans - Relocation allowance - Paid malpractice coverage - Health benefits Retirement plan - Marketing Practice growth assistance About the Area: Harker Heights, TX, with a population of around 33,000 residents, is a welcoming community located in Bell County in Central Texas.
