Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites compassionate and ambitious new graduate
Registered Nurses to apply for our New Grad RN Resident Program in
our Inpatient Rehabilitation facility. As part of our team, you
will engage in delivering top-tier medical services at one of our
advanced healthcare facilities across the United States. This is a
unique opportunity to start your nursing career under the guidance
and mentorship of experienced nursing professionals within a
supportive and patient-focused environment. Provide and coordinate
patient care in a rehabilitation setting. Assess patient conditions
through careful observations and report any changes to the
healthcare team. Assist in the development and implementation of
care plans for patients. Educate patients and families on
post-hospital care and lifestyle adjustments. Administer
medications as prescribed and monitor for any adverse reactions.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to
optimize patient outcomes. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of
healthcare protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to operate medical equipment. Critical thinking and
problem-solving abilities. Compassion and sensitivity to patient
needs and concerns. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed or
eligible for licensing in state of employment. Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association or American
Red Cross required upon hire.
