HCA Healthcare invites new graduates to apply for our RN Resident Intermediate Progressive Care position. This role is crucial in our commitment to providing compassionate and competent care to patients who are in a transitional state between intensive care and general medical-surgical units. As a part of our dynamic nursing team, you will gain invaluable experience and training to handle a diverse range of tasks under the supervision of experienced nursing staff. The program includes intensive training sessions and rotational assignments to prepare you comprehensively for future nursing duties in various healthcare settings. Provide compassionate patient care under the mentorship of experienced nurses and physicians. Monitor and record patient's condition and document care provided effectively. Communicate efficiently with multi-disciplinary team members to facilitate cohesive patient care. Administer medications and treatments cleanly and safely as ordained by healthcare providers. Attend all educational modules and training sessions planned as part of the residency.
