We are seeking a dedicated physician to provide expert obstetric care on a temporary basis, ensuring seamless, high-quality outcomes for mothers and babies in a supportive hospital environment. Required Skills Valid medical license to practice in Texas Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Proven experience in obstetric hospital settings Ability to manage obstetric emergencies independently Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and adapt to different hospital protocols Nice to Have Skills Previous experience as a locum or in a hospitalist role Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Bilingual in English and Spanish Additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred Education and Experience Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of obstetric hospitalist experience or relevant clinical practice Active Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure Other Requirements Availability to start on 12/31/2025 and work flexible shifts as needed LVN or RN privileges desirable but not required Willingness to travel if required for coverage at multiple facilities Compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations and certifications This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career with competitive hourly pay at $195.00, comprehensive benefits, and a dedicated support team.
