Job Description:
Ascension is seeking an experienced and dedicated Telemetry RN
Clinical Lead to join our faith-based healthcare organization. This
role involves overseeing the telemetry unit, ensuring high
standards of care are maintained, streamlining operations, and
leading a team of nursing professionals. The successful candidate
will implement innovative care practices in line with our mission
to transform healthcare by providing excellent, compassionate, and
personalized care. This position requires a proactive leader
passionate about mentoring staff, improving patient outcomes, and
effective management of telemetry health services. Supervise
nursing staff and manage the operations of the telemetry unit.
Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Monitor and evaluate patient care activities and outcomes.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals to improve clinical
practices. Implement patient care plans and support staff in
providing excellent care. Participate in the recruitment, training,
and professional development of nurses. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and patient
satisfaction. Expertise in telemetry and acute care nursing. Strong
leadership and team management abilities. Capacity to implement
clinical guidelines and manage patient care effectively. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills and
the ability to make decisions under pressure. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current
registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification. Certification in progressive care nursing (PCCN)
preferred.
