Job Description Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a well-established practice in Austin, Texas, to add an experienced Physical Medicine & Rehab-Pain physician. Join a collaborative team of 4 Pain providers, 1 PA, and 3 Physical Therapists focused on delivering high patient satisfaction and outcomes. Practice Details: - Provide patient care focusing on pain management, spine, and MSK conditions - Dedicated procedure and clinical days - Perform procedures in-office (no ASC) - Need experience in Regenerative Medicine - Seeking someone with 2-3 years of experience, ideally TX licensed - See approximately 20-23 patients per day in a busy outpatient setting - No opioid management - Work in a supportive and transparent environment with opportunities for professional growth and advancement - Monday-Friday schedule (8-5) with no nights or weekends Financial Package: - Guaranteed salary plus production – earning potential over 450K within 12-18 months - Partnership options available with an equity stake in the company - Sign On/Relocation allowance available - Full benefits package including 401K, malpractice insurance (occurrence-based), and 50% health insurance coverage About Austin, Texas Austin, Texas, is a vibrant city known for its eclectic blend of culture, creativity, and innovation.
